The National Council of Crime Prevention (BRÅ) shall contribute with required funds for the the network. KTH Royal Institute of Technology shall serve as the main organizer and driving force of the network. The network co-organize seminars and conferences together with other actors. The network will support local crime prevention and development projects, as well as contribute experience of relevant research and projects to facilitate evidence-based practice. Of key importance here is that research, government and local agencies and other actors work together to make national and international evidence-based research available for the practice of crime prevention. Translational criminology is the focus of this work, making materials in Swedish and English available for the network’s members.
